Estate 18K Yellow Gold Dome Ring with .50 CT Natural Diamonds and 1.5 CT Enhanced Sapphires. Made int he 1980s, this vintage 18K yellow gold dome ring contains 16 round brilliant cut diamonds and 22 baguette cut heat-treated sapphires. All the gemstones are channel set in alternating rows. In very good vintage condition with minor surface wear and some cracks to sapphires, as often occur naturally in sapphires.
