Vintage Diamond Engagement or Promise Ring. Made about 1980, this 14k white gold ring features three single cut diamonds bead set in a pear shaped illusion head with scalloped detail. The head is set on a six prong raised head above a bypass shank with beaded decoration imitating diamonds. It is a size 10 and is in Very Good Vintage Condition, with minimal surface wear appropriate to age.
ERA: Retro, 1980s
METAL/MATERIAL: 10K White Gold (Tested)
STONE: 3 Single Cut Diamonds with combined total weight of approximately .05 CT
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Unmarked, but tests as 10K
CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition, with minimal surface wear consistent with age.
MEASUREMENTS: The head is approximately 8.8 mm X 7.4 mm and the ring tapers to 1.25 mm at the reverse of the shank.
