Vintage 1960s Aquamarine and Diamond Halo Ring in 14K White Gold. This beautiful ring features one large oval aquamarine set in four prongs, surrounded by 14 single cut diamonds in cups with three prongs each. This ring makes a beautiful statement whether worn on the right hand or as an engagement ring.
