Man's Vintage 14K Yellow Gold CZ Solitaire Ring. This retro men's ring has a single 7mm round faceted cubic zirconia set with four prongs in an illusion head with milgrain edge detail and florentine finished shoulders. The ring is a size 12.25 and weighs 5 grams total. It is in very good vintage condition, with minor surface wear consistent with age.
