Vintage Edwardian Filigree Black and White Cameo Pendant Necklace. This unusual lavalier necklace with a focal pendant featuring a black and white silhouette of a lady set in a sterling silver frame with gold filled flower accents. The necklace also features sterling filigree links and a silver tone paper clip chain and pinch clasp. In very good condition, with some damage to the glass portrait that is not noticeable when worn.
