Vintage 1980's 14K Yellow Gold Slide Pendant with Lab Created Ruby and Natural Diamonds. One pear shaped lab created ruby is prong set in the pendant, along with five single cut natural diamonds bead set in a white gold channel. Marked 14K, the modern open loop pendant is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
