Vintage Sterling Silver Marcasite Mother of Pearl Cross on Heart Pendant Medal. This beautiful medal is made of sterling silver with a cross on mother of pearl heart inside a scrolled frame with marcasites set on the cross and the frame. The pendant is in very good condition with no damage noted, although the cross and heart are a bit askew.
