Stunning Vintage Statement Brooch by Dalsheim. This beautiful 1950's mod and bold brooch has one large octagonal scissor cut glass "watermelon" stone of pale yellow with a deep pink swirled stripe. The stone is set with four prongs and is framed with a pierced border of textured leaves. Marked Dalsheim with copyright symbol on reverse.

Hallmark: Dalsheim with copyright symbol in oval plaque on reverse. The Dalsheim Accessories Inc. was founded by Maurice J. Dalsheim in NY in the late 1930s and was in business through the late 1950s.
