Antique Hand Painted on Lithograph Miniature Portrait Brooch. I have seen this portrait listed elsewhere as the "Portrait of Young Boy from Naples". This adorable young man has rosy cheeks, wind-blown hair, open collar, and a pendant on ribbon around his neck. The background features white stars on a creamy yellow field. The piece measures approximately 1 3/4 X 1 3/8 inches. Bezel set in rosy gold filled frame with twist trim. Finished with C clasp typically seen 1880-1890.
ERA: Victorian, 1880s
METAL/MATERIALS: 10K Rosy Gold Filled, Porcelain
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Impressed on is a "c" or "e"
CONDITION: In Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor scratches to the face and hair
