Barclay Faux Carnelian Demi Parure - Art Moderne Chunky Gold Tone Glass Bracelet Necklace Earring Set - circa 1950 - Vintage Estate Jewelry
Vintage Barclay Imitation Carnelian Demi-Parure. Made about 1950, this vintage Art Moderne jewelry set features a matching bracelet, necklace, and clip-on earrings, all of chunky gold tone with bezel set glass cabochons in carnelian color.
Bracelet is 7 1/4" long by 1/2" with fold over clasp and safety clasp with spring ring. Earrings are 7/8" long by 1/2" wide with clip backs. Necklace is 15" long by 1/2" wide, with fold over clasp.
ERA: Mid Century, 1950s
METAL/MATERIALS: Glass Imitation Carnelians, Plated Base Metal
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Barclay in script on reverse of each piece. Barclay was in operation from 1947 to 1957 in Providence, Rhode Island.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition, with minor surface wear, consistent with age.
MEASUREMENTS: Bracelet is 7 1/4" long by 1/2". Earrings are 7/8" long by 1/2" wide. Necklace is 15" long by 1/2" wide.
