Vintage Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Co. Service Award Charm or Pendant. Made and awarded in the 1960's, this white gold bell shaped charm is decorated with a yellow gold applied bell. There are also two green lab created spinels and a full cut .05 CT diamond. It is marked on the reverse with the 10K OC Tanner mark.
