We hope you will love your purchase, but we understand that there may be times you need to send something back. You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their security stickers still attached. Please note that items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. Also, any items returned outside of their original packaging and showing any signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

We will be delighted to exchange your purchase if an item doesn’t fit or if you decide within 30 days that you would prefer a different style. Please understand that we cannot accept worn items, items not in their original packaging or items missing their attached security tags.

To return or exchange an item, please:

1.       Login to your account located on the top right corner of our homepage.

2.        View your order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu.

3.       Select the Return Item(s) button.

4.       You may receive an automated email confirming your return request submission. This email does NOT authorize your return.

5.       Within 1-2 business days, we will send you an email containing your Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to mail your items back to our delivery center. Please note that items returned to us must include this Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept any items returned without this approved number.

6.       We’ll update your refund status via email once we’ve received and processed your approved return.

We process returns immediately upon receiving the merchandise at our facility. However, your bank or financial institution may take a bit longer to credit your refund to your account.
