One marquise cut and four round lab spinels in created cobalt blue and eight round brilliant cut diamonds are all prong set in a cathedral mounting atop a raised gallery of 14K yellow gold. Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor surface wear and facet abrasion. Size 5 1/2.
