Shipping
What are your shipping policies? When will my package arrive?
- US Orders SHIP FREE via USPS First Class Mail!
- All standard US Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail for FREE. All in stock orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Transit times average 3-10 business days. *Please do not include Sundays or Holidays when calculating when your package will arrive.
- Priority Mail (3-5 day delivery) and Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) are available and quotes are visible during checkout. Express Mail packages ship within 24 hours and are guaranteed to arrive 1 to 2 business days from shipment date. *Please do not include Sundays or Holidays when calculating when your package will arrive.
- USPS Mail delivers Monday- Friday, exclusing Federal Holidays. Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO boxes are accepted.
- Tracking is included with all US orders. An email will be sent when your order has shipped, and you can track status anytime by logging into your Heirloom Finds acccount.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned to us by USPS and marked "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" due to customer error will not be re-shipped. In these cases the original purchase price, less any shipping charges, will be promptly refunded.
Do you offer International Shipping?

- We are happy to announce that we now offer FREE SHIPPING (standard First Class Mail) for international purchases.
- Epedited shipping via International USPS Mail Priority International shipping rates are $30 per order, except for orders to Canada, which ship for $20.
- We ship to select countries only due to country-specific import restrictions on jewelry and precious metals. Please contact us if you need further information about shipping to your country.
- International orders are shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times average 1-2 weeks. Shipping transit times vary widely by country and are not guaranteed.
- The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes associated with orders shipped outside of the US. We are required by law to fill out customs forms accurately and will not label any packages as "gift".
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned to us by USPS and marked "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" due to customer error will not be re-shipped. In these cases the original purchase price, less any shipping charges, will be promptly refunded.
Returns and Exchanges

- You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
- We are delighted to exchange your purchase if an item does not fit or you decide (before wearing) that you would prefer another style.
- If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and keep you informed via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- We process returns immediately upon receipt of the merchandise at our facility. Please be aware that it may take your financial institution a bit longer to credit your account.

Heirloom Finds will never ever sell or release your email address, street address or other personal information. We value our personal privacy just like you do.
What information do you collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, or sign up for our email lists.
- In order to establish your account or process your order, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information but, of course, you are also able to visit our site anonymously.
